Assessment
In order to provide our clients with the best possible talent we conduct a detailed assessment of all suitable candidates. Artisan will design a competency based interview for each and every search to be delivered by an interviewer with a minimum of 12 years interviewing experience. In addition Artisan has relationships with a number of psychometric and behavioural assessment providers and will always be able to recommend a product suited to the specific needs of the search.
Process Management
Artisan Search will manage your search from shortlist presentation through to successful agreement of contracts. This will include:
